All orders requires that your Billing and Shipping Address MATCH.
All orders require a signature for delivery.

THE FULFILLMENT PROCESS
1) You pay for your order
2) You will receive an Order Confirmation Email
3) The Processing period begins. Processing time is 4-6 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing period is extended 1-5 Business days during a sales period. Please plan accordingly before ordering.
4) After the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created.
5) You will receive an Order Fulfillment email. Your tracking number will be inside this email.
6) Your order package is shipped off to you based on the shipping service you select at checkout.
This is the time it takes to receive hair from our trusted manufacturer and enough time for Quality control. It allows us to test out all raw hair extensions to make sure they meet our quality standards. Anything we find wrong will immediately be fixed by contacting our manufacturer and having them send out new raw hair extensions if necessary to ensure that you receive the BEST product. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number via email. This will be the same email you used when you placed your order. Make sure you check you spam folder and wait after 5 business days have passed before contacting us.
Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.
- Shipping both domestic and internationally may take up to 7-10 business days.
- This time does not include the processing period.
- We only ship to confirmed addresses. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with you ATM/Debit/Credit/Checking Account it will not confirm.
- Expect delays during sales periods & holidays.
NO ADDRESS CAN BE CHANGED.
- Please be aware that for security reasons, Glam Lush Hair does not allow customers to change their address after an order is placed.
- If you can no longer receive your order at the address submitted (or if the address is invalid), Glam Lush Hair cancellation policy requires customers to cancel the order up to 24 hours after the order has been placed (minus a $10 cancellation fee). Then you can place a new order with a valid shipping address in order to ensure your order is delivered to the correct address.
- Please make sure you update your shipping address before you place a new order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but again, it is for your protection.
- If your order has already been shipped, please contact someone at that address, if possible. Otherwise, we will wait for the package to be returned to us. IF and ONLY WHEN we receive the returned order, will we issue you a refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this of this product, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? Hair Extensions! Hair Extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON ANY HAIR EXTENSION PURCHASE. This is due to health regulations that considers human hair extensions as hygienic products. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best RAW hair. We are committed to providing a swift response to your emails as soon as we receive them!
- If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $10 flat rate fee deducted. The reason for a $10 cancellation charge is due to our payment processors charging us a transaction fee to not only accept your payment but to return your payment as well. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date.
- Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items. Proof has to be provided to verify that the item you received was in fact wrong. Please email photos to email@example.com and the next steps will be discussed. You must contact our Customer Service Team within 3 business days of receipt and the hair must be in the original condition and packaging. We will not accept any hair that has been worn, bleached, dyed, permed, where the wefts have been cut or the hair has been altered in any way, shape or form. We are not responsible for any order returned to us. If your order was returned to us for any reason you will be responsible for arranging redelivery and payment for such.
(International) 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS
We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. Also when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.
All Packages come with a Tracking number. Please check with the shipping service you selected at checkout
If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at the local post office of the shipping service you selected at checkout.
